Your Four-week Digital Fortress Journey

Our classes provide expert privacy coaching and support in a small online classroom setting, utilising simple e-learning, videos, chat, private forums and sharing tools

Week 1 – Run Linux Comfortably

Put a fast, privacy-respecting operating system on your own computer. Get comfortable day-to-day — browsing, documents, media — without Windows or macOS tracking

Week 2 – Secure email & messaging

We take students through private email setup, secure messaging habits, and leaving Google & Meta chat traps — so you do the work and own the result.

Week 3 – Your secure privacy phone

Together we build a de-Googled phone (GrapheneOS on Pixel is ideal) or if budget is limited, harden the Android you already own. Cut the link between your pocket and the corporate ad machine.

Week 4 – Home cloud & fortress

We then show you on how to build your own Umbrel home cloud. Reduce recurring subscriptions, kill those trackers at the network level, and keep all family data and memories under your roof.

This is a self-paced course, meaning some can take longer to complete. But a 4-week goal should be achievable for most. All classes includes video chat and community support. Remote access/support options also available.

Prerequisites: This is a practical class. Before enrolling, each student must have completed our short questionnaire and have a old/used Windows laptop/PC on hand to upgrade to Linux, as part of the coursework. Not sure about the PC? Fill out the form, and we’ll help you find one or check what you already have is suitable.
